The Y-Building

When the Morris Raphael Cohen Library moved from that building to the North Academic Center, it took the name of the building with it. And the Y-Building was born.
The 'Y' Building is going through another change. The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York is in the process of a total renovation, from the 'Y' Buildings skeleton on up. When this project is completed (on or around Fall 2008) the 'Y' will be transformed into the CCNY School of Archiecture.

The Y-Building is located at the south end of the campus, right next to Aaron Davis Hall. Behind the Y-Building is the athletic field.
