Effective July 1, 2008, the qualifying course hours for a
salesperson license have increased from 45 hours to 75
hours. All applicants must show proof of completion of
75 hours of approved education. Course includes license
law and ethics, agents’ responsibilities to clients and customers,
fair housing, contracts, deeds, leases, financing,
property valuation, listing procedures, land use regulations,
environmental issues, construction and more.
