Jung Hwan Choi was born in Seoul, Korea. He has always been fascinated by film making and business. Jung Hwan Choi recieved his BFA degree in Broadcasting at Long Island University.
WIth his MFA degree at CCNY, he is now trying to go into film distribution field.
