All Fields

Fellows in each program work for 10 - 11 months, receive health benefits and a monthly stipend of $1972 and are employees of Sacramento State. Fellows also enroll as graduate students at Sacramento State, fees are paid by the programs.

Congressional Black Caucus Foundations' Congressional Fellows Program

U.S. citizen or permit to work in the U.S. for the duration of the program (September 2014 through May 2016).

Graduate or professional degree completed prior to the start date fellowship program.

Interest in public policy, and commitment to creating and implementing policy to improve the living conditions for underserved and underrepresented individuals

Fellows receive an annual salary of $40,000 and fringe benefits

Fellows work in congressional member and committee offices, attend leadership development seminars, complete a community service project and produce policy papers.

Congressional Black Caucus Foundations' Louis Stokes Urban Health Public Policy Fellows Program

U.S. citizen or permit to work in the U.S. for the duration of the program (September 2014 through May 2016).

Have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Graduate or professional degree in a health-related field.

Interest in public policy, and commitment to creating and implementing policy to improve the living conditions for underserved and underrepresented individuals

Up to $8,000 for the 2013-14 academic year. CBCF will disburse up to $4,000 at the beginning of each semester, contingent on maintaining the minimum academic requirements.

Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute – Public Policy Fellowship Program

U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents. Applicants must have earned a Bachelor's Degree within two years of the program start date.

Have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Must be.

Public Policy international affairs

Work experience in DC.

Fellows will receive a payment of $2,400 minus required deductions.
