Julie Fisher (BrilliantBodiesByJulie.com) is a former Professional Dancer, a Certified Romana's Pilates Instructor, ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a B.S. in Health Education and a Minor in Dance. She began Pilates in 1982 with Joseph Pilates' first protégé, Carole Trier. She is also certified in the Triad Ball Pilates Mat workout, Pre & Post Natal fitness, a Yoga Tune-Up Ball Practitioner, a MELT Hand & Foot Instructor and maintains continuous fitness strategies of strength and body conditioning for a variety of diversified students throughout the NYC area for 23 years.
