The Diversity in Engineering Advisory Board was established in 1992. Board members represent major engineering companies and firms. The Board provides advice and guidence on areas related to recruitment, retention, curriculum, research, fund raising and work force trends. The Board is also involved in:
- financial support
- professional development
- employment opportunities
- external relations
- alumni relations
- incentives, grants and scholarships
