**Each Fall a new group of students are selected to participate in this leadership program based on high school academic performance.

This special initiative provides Engineering Honors students' preparation for leadership positions in the Engineering workforce. The ELP is sponsored by the BP Amaco Foundation, Keyspan, IBM and Motorola. Many of the ELP participants are also enrolled in the Honors College At CCNY.
