Support Services Fees

Service Fees

The CCNY Events Screening Committee gives final approval and assigns any required staffing for each event that occurs on campus. Fees associated with an event are also assessed by the CCNY Events Screening Committee. While not required to pay space rental fees, registered City College student clubs, departments, and organizations are responsible for additional costs due to staffing assignments.

Public Safety
Assignments determined by the Office of Public Safety and the CCNY Events Committee.
4 hour minimum.

CSA/Contract Guards
$25/hr.
CPO $30/hr.
SGT $37/hr.
Physical Plant
Assignments determined by the Office of Public Safety and the CCNY Events Committee.
4 hour minimum.
Custodian $29/hr.
Supervisor $32/hr.
Laborer $34/hr.
Plumber $98/hr.
Electrician $77/hr.
Audio/Visual Support
OEM – Events A/V
Internal events

$25 service fee for events during normal business hours (9pm-5pm M-F).
In addition to the service fee, A/V support outside of business hours will be charged $25/hr.

External events
$50/hr. 4 hour minimum.
NOTE: Additional staff at $25 per hour.
Sonic Arts Audio Support (*Great Hall only)
Internal events $65/hr.
External events $80/hr.
On-site Manager Fee
Internal eventsNo charge during normal business hours.
Staff required outside of business hours will be charged an hourly rate of $35/hr.
External events
$50/hr. 4 hour minimum.
