Applications must be submitted to the IRB Administrator by 4pm on the date of the deadline for Full Board Review. Submit an original and eight (8) copies of the application and all materials for Full review. You must allow at least 3-5 weeks for review.

Approval Category will be determined by the IRB. Please consult with IRB Administrator or Faculty Advisor (if you are a student) for assistance.
