Service Desk

 IT Help Desks & Call Center

The City College OIT Service Desk has a new structure. We have split the operation into different tiers of technical support. Tier One includes our staff at the new Service Desk and Call Center (aka the OIT Help Desk), located within the equally new cITy Tech Center in NAC 1/301. The Service Desk staff is here to assist you by either solving your technical issues on the phone or entering them into our ticketing system to ensure delegation of incidents into the right directions.
