About:
The Austrian-born architect Raimund Abraham has lived in the United States for over 30 years. His renowned New York City building, the Austrian Cultural Forum, opened to accolades in 2002. He studied architecture in Graz and ran an architectural studio in Vienna in the late 1950s and early 1960s. Most recently Abraham has taught primarily at Cooper Union in New York, but also at Harvard, Yale, and other institutions worldwide. Drawing has always been a focus for Abraham as evidenced in his complex utopian drawings.
