"Respice, Adspice, Prospice," the City College motto, invites us to "look back" (respice), "look at" (adspice), and "look ahead" (prospice). To that motto the City College Library adds "Circumspice"--"look around." CircumSpice, the Library newsletter, is a semi-annual publication which began inviting readers to take a "look around" at Library resources, news and events in June 1965.
