While attending City College, students have access to all media centers, from marketing meccas such as Madison Avenue, and the financial capital Wall Street, to museums such as the Museum of Television and Radio and the Guggenheim. Living in a cosmopolitan city is a life lesson in cultural diversity and fodder for creative thought and statement. Established in 1984, the Department of Media and Communication Arts combines history, theory, and critical analysis with hands-on practical experience.
