Dr. Baden, who received his M.D. from NYU School of Medicine, has written more than 80 professional articles and books and has taught homicide courses for police, legal and medical officials in all 50 states and numerous foreign countries.
During the 1970s, he served as Chairman of the Forensic Pathology Panel of the Congressional Select Committee on Assassinations that re-investigated the deaths of President John F. Kennedy and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. He also was the chief pathologist on a team of U.S. forensic scientists asked by the Russian government to examine the remains of Tsar Nicholas II and his family when they were found in the 1990s.
