Profile
Adib’s primary research interests lie in the areas of ethics and counterproductive workplace behaviors among senior leaders and executives, especially in a intercultural and global setting. He is also very interested in the role of personality, disposition, and individual differences in the workplace. His work is interdisciplinary in nature, drawing on psychological, economic, sociological, and anthropological literature.
