    H. Dogus Akaydin is a graduate research assistant and teaching fellow in Department of Mechanical Engineering at The City College of The City University New York. He is working with Dr. Yiannis Andreopoulos and Dr. Niell Elvin on fluid-structure interaction involving smart materials. He is developing an aeroelectromechanical model to predict the electrical power output of piezoelectric energy harvesters operating in fluid flow.
