Profile
Dr. Zhou Lu joined the Department of Economics at the City College of New York as an assistant professor in August 2008. He received his Ph.D. in economics from the Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Zhou Lu’s research interests include contract theory, corporate governance, development economics, and Chinese economy. In his dissertation, Dr. Zhou Lu developed a hybrid model of moral hazard and adverse selection to study how the buy-out prices are determined in China’s privatization of its rural industry sector.
