Program - Spring 2004
Overview:
The
Black, Puerto Rican, and Hispanic Legislative Caucus
has helped to form a new internship program for CUNY
undergraduates. Students will have internships in
the New York City-based district offices of members
of of the Black, Puero Rican, and Hispanic Legislative
Caucus. In addition, they will participate in specially
planned seminars and workshops about New York state
government.
Required
qualifications:
Students
in good standing at one of the CUNY campuses.

The
internship provides a stipend of $1,000.

Harlem
Office of former President Bill Clinton - Spring or
Summer 2004
Overview:
President
Clinton has a small staff that works for him in his
Harlem office.Interns
in the office (10-12 in each term) may assist with
communications, correspondence, domestic or foreign
policy work, or the former president's schedule.
Required
qualifications:
Interns
typically have junior or senior status in school,
but there is no specific requirement in order to apply.
