Psychology

The department offers a range of undergraduate and graduate programs in the fields of alcohol and substance abuse, mental health counseling, clinical psychology, general psychology and cognitive neuroscience. Field work is an essential part of most programs and puts the classroom learning into real-life situations for further discussion - back in the classroom.

Honors programs facilitate learning in particular fields with a specialization in specific influences on behavior.  A special faculty advisement program called PASS – Psychology Advisement Support System – assists psychology majors in the selection of their classes and areas of concentration.
