Confirmation of degree conferral will be sent to your CCNY email address.

All graduates will be notified to their CCNY email address when diplomas are available for pickup at the Office of the Registrar.

SPRING 2015

Registration Extended to January 29, 2015

Due to predicted severe weather, Registration for the Spring 2015 semester is extended through Thursday, January 29.  

Students will be able to register for classes or change programs without a late penalty fee through January 29. 

Since CUNYfirst Registration appointments expire by 11:59pm on Tuesday, January 27, any student seeking to register or change their program after Tuesday, January 27, must see an academic advisor for assistance.

WINTER 2015

FALL 2014

Fall 2014 Registration will begin on May 7, 2014.

Zero Bills

Effective Fall 2011, students are no longer required to validate their zero bills. The Office of the Bursar will automatically validate zero bills. Confirmation will be sent to CCNY email addresses.

Maintenance of Matriculation Fee

Graduate students, who are not enrolled in any courses which are part of their graduate program and wish to maintain matriculation, are required to pay a maintenance of matriculation fee. This fee should be paid during the semester of absence. [More Info]
