Important Information - Winter Session

Notice to Winter Session Students

All winter session bills must be paid on or before the due date. Although winter session courses will appear on your fall semester bill, please DISREGARD the due date listed on the bill and note that your bill must be paid by the due date. If grants, loans, or scholarships will be used to pay winter session tuition, the award must also be on the student account by or before the due date. Note: Federal and State financial aid CANNOT be applied towards winter session tuition.

Although, Winter Session tuition appears on your Fall semester bill, winter session tuition must be paid as a separate term. Electronic check and credit card payments are accepted via the CUNY Portal. Payments by cash or money order may be made in person at the Bursar’s office located in the Wille Administration building, room A-103.

If you cannot or choose not to attend your classes, you must drop your classes (either through the CUNY Portal or in person) by or before the last day of registration to receive a 100% refund or avoid liability for tuition and fees. Students who drop a course after the last day of registration will receive a reduced refund (see Academic Calendar for refund schedule).

To withdraw from a class with the grade of " W ", students must submit a withdrawal form. Withdrawal forms can be obtained from the Office of the Registrar, Wille Administration Building room 102 or the "I" Desk located in the North Academic Center (NAC) lobby, room 1/205B. Visit the online Academic Calendar for additional dates and details. Staff are available for assistance, however, students are reminded that the college is closed for the Christmas and New Years holidays.
