Awards,
which
offer
a one-course
reduction
in
teaching
load
for
one
semester.
Applications
(a
letter
including
a brief
project
description)
should
be
submitted
to
the
Humanities
&
Arts
Office,
NAC
5/225,
when
a deadline
is
announced
each
spring.
Since
the
awards
have
an
impact
on
teaching
schedules,
recipients
need
to
secure
approval
of
their
department
chair
for
the
scheduling
of
any
awarded
course
release.
