Counseling

Students are assigned a counselor who serves as an advisor, advocate and friend. Counselors are in contact with students from the time of their entry into the program to the time they graduate from City College. Counselors assist students in dealing with the academic and social problems that may interfere with their academic goals. Counselors teach a freshman Seminar course to their entering students.

Personal Counseling
Assistance in resolution of personal problems
Referrals to professional services and agencies
