For the last fifteen years he has been Director of the Office of International Student & Scholar Services at the City College of New York. He supervises, and was instrumental in establishing, the Immigrants’ Center at the City College, which provides free, expert advice to non-immigrants and residents wishing to obtain US permanent residency and citizenship.
