David L. Harris brings a wealth of advertising and media agency experience to our faculty. As a seasoned ad agency account management representative, David has over twenty years of experience managing client accounts covering a wide range of brands and product categories. He has worked for agencies such as Ogilvy and FCB and was also a member of the senior management team at Mindshare, a leading global media buying and planning agency. He is an expert on multicultural consumer marketing with experience in advertising development, strategic planning and media.
In 1993, David founded DLH Consulting, a multicultural consumer marketing consulting practice with emphasis on the African American segment. His client list includes Colgate, Schick, USA Network, PNC Bank, CPC/Best Foods and many others.
David has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Boston University and an MBA/Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
