I am the K.D. Irani Visiting Endowed Assistant Professor in the philosophy department at City College, I also teach at The Graduate Center of the City University of New York.
I work primarily in epistemology. I often describe my work in epistemology as being located at the intersection of epistemology and the philosophy of science, but it also overlaps significantly with philosophy of language and philosophy of logic.
My research encompasses naturalism, fallibilism, and a priori justification. I am currently working on several interrelated projects in metaepistemology, where I develop a non-reductive but naturalistic account of normative epistemic properties. I have developed some related interests in metaethics in connection with this work.
