Michelle Gilmore teaches Behavior-Centered Design research techniques to MPA capstone groups. She is the founder of the service design firm Neoteny. Michelle leads a team of world-class designers through complex business and organization problems toward proven interventions. She is also the Program Director at Train, which is the education arm of Neo. Michelle talks regularly at design and business events, advocating for a more objective practice toward the decision-making behind product, service and system design. She served as the Senior Experience Architect at the Digital Eskimo, and as  Director at the Ground Floor Collaboration. She holds a BA in Industrial Design from the Swinburne University of Technology.
