2018-2019 Scholarship Application

Eligible students must be majors in one of the departments in the Division of Science: Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Geology (EAS), Environmental Earth System Science (EESS), Mathematics, Physics ; must have earned 24 credits at CCNY, a cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher, and a Science/Math GPA 3.0 or higher.

Incoming Freshmen: Must intend to major in one of the Division of Science disciplines and have a minimum HS B-average to be eligible for the Chleck Scholarship.

A complete application consist and must include a CCNY unofficial transcript and one letter of recommendation from a CCNY Faculty Member who is familiar with your accomplishments, abilities, and potential. Keep in mind that all sections of this application are taken into consideration in determining scholarship recipients.
