Employee Recognition Program

At CCNY we strive for excellence. We provide our employees with great recognition programs to engage
employees by recognizing, encouraging, and promoting their extraordinary efforts to provide the best service. Below, please find more information about our programs:          
        

The Office of Human Resources in partnership with the Office of the President has developed a new employee recognition program called the President's S.T.A.R. (Service, Teamwork, Action, and Results) Award.  The Star Award will be given to employees (excluding ECP) who are exemplary and outstanding members of the CCNY community.  Any faculty, staff member, student, or member of the CCNY Community can nominate someone for the S.T.A.R.  Award. The nomination form for the 2012 year is available now. The deadline is April 13, 2012. Submit your nomination form today.  For additional information, please call 212-650-7226. 

 

CCNY Employees or students can contact Human Resources when they feel a staff member, professor or student worker does something exceptional.
Human Resources will formally present the employee with a personalized thank you note and a delicious CCNY candy bar. To nominate an employee, please send an email to ThankYou@ccny.cuny.edu with the nominated employee’s name, the nominated employee’s supervisor’s name (if known), the date(s) the employee’s action occurred, the action(s) being recognized and your name.
