Guides from CUNY: As part of the ongoing Blackboard Enhanced Project, CUNY will be
upgrading from Blackboard 9.1 service pack 7 to Blackboard 9.1 service
pack 13 in late December 2013. Until the project has been completed,
materials for both versions will be provided. Please reference the
appropriate version of the resources.

If you use a public computer (e.g. in a computer lab), make sure to close all browser windows after logging out from Blackboard.
If you experience problems with access to Bb a very slow response during normal operation, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or the IT Service Desk
As a precaution save your work frequently while entering text, e.g., by using "copy-and-paste" and (for faculty) attaching files to "items" rather than entering longer text directly via the Bb text editor (this is the recommended practice).
