The new location at 25 Broadway is directly across from the famous bronze “Charging Bull” sculpture at Bowling Green, the city's oldest park, and convenient to 15 subways lines as well as other mass transit lines.
The school’s new home will be on the 7th Floor of the historic Cunard Building, a New York Landmark whose other tenants include Telehouse, Managed Health, Inc., Healthfirst Inc. and Crunch Fitness. The 44,000 square feet of leased space will include 15 classrooms to accommodate its 750 bachelor’s degree students, a state-of-the-art auditorium with 150 seating capacity, workshop classrooms, smart seminar rooms, an improved full-size computer lab, a student lounge, public information display, and a student study area/library resource room.
