Pre-Medical Studies

Have you dreamed about becoming a doctor?  City College’s pre-med program provides both undergraduates and post-baccalaureate students a path to that dream.  Approximately 75% of City’s premed graduates gain admission to medical school!

The PPS program in the Division of Science is designed to prepare students for careers in medicine, dentistry, osteopathy and veterinary medicine.  In addition to the required curriculum, the program offers academic advising and tutoring, workshops, and volunteer and research opportunities, as well as guidance through the process of applying to medical school.
