Seamus Scanlon

Seamus Scanlon is the full time librarian at CWE. He has held previous posts within City College libraries and before CUNY worked in Cambridge University, Queens University, Belfast and the National University of Ireland, Galway. He is interested in student-centric approachs to providing library and information services to students. 

Librarian services include help in accessing City College and CUNY library resources online; help with library search strategies and help using the internet for research. 

Before entering librarianship and information management he earned a four-year first class honours bachelor of science degree in chemistry, a teaching qualification, a library and information studies diploma and MLS.
