Transition metal oxide nanomaterials, high k dielectrics/memory materials. Titanates and garnets at the nanoscale, multi-ferroics, magneto-optical materials, photonic materials, metamaterials. Catalysis and nanomaterials, carbon nanotubes. Biological applications of nanoparticles/nanotubes.
