    Christine Sheffer joined Sophie Davis faculty in early 2012 as an Associate Medical Professor in the Department of Community Health and Social Medicine. She is trained as a clinical psychologist and has worked with underserved communities in Arkansas and Mississippi. Her most recent research has focused on examining socioeconomic disparities in tobacco dependence treatment outcomes and developing interventions to address these disparities.
