Eligibility and Applications
BasicsApplicants must have a bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or science from an accredited US college or university. Applicants with degrees in other fields may qualify for admission to the program depending on their experience and academic achievements. For all applicants, the expectation is a cumulative undergraduate GPA of at least 3.0. Scores on the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) are not required.
International ApplicantsInternational student applicants must have an equivalent degree from their foreign institution, a cumulative undergraduate GPA of at least 3.0, and a minimum passing IBT (Internet-Based Test) TOEFL score of 79.
Admissions ProcessAn Admissions Committee consisting of three faculty members from architecture, engineering, and science will review applications and determine admission into the program.
The Sustainability in the Urban Environment Program is now accepting applications (online only) for the Fall 2014 entering class. The application deadline is March 15, 2014. The application process is managed by the Graduate Admissions office at City College.
