Posting an event to the CCNY Calendar

Post New Event to CCNY:

To add an event to the CCNY Calendar you must be a member of the CCNY community.  Please login with your CCNY username and password using the link here and then go to the add event page and fill out the form on the page. Please note that events will take 2-3 business days to appear on the CCNY Calendar of Events.

Please make sure you've completed an application with the Office of Events Management before posting an event.

Post New Event to CUNY Calendar

For any CCNY Faculty or Staff person desiring an event to appear on the CCNY & CUNY Calendars, please use the following workflow.

  1. First, add the event to the CCNY Calendar of Events.  In order to do this, please login to the CCNY CMS using your CCNY credentials. Login access is found under "LOGIN" at the top of the CCNY website. Select "CONTENT EDITOR" under the "FACULTY/STAFF" column.
  2. When adding the event details under "CATEGORIZATION", please be sure to select "ADD THIS EVENT TO THE CUNY CALENDAR" if you would like the event added to the CUNY Calendar as well as to the CCNY Calendar. NOTE: Event details and information will be replicated on the CUNY Calendar exactly as they appear on the CCNY Calendar.
  3. Once your event is approved by the CCNY Webteam, they will handle adding it to the CUNY Calendar on your behalf. You will receive only one email confirmation from communications@ccny.cuny.edu to inform you that the event has been added to both the CCNY & CUNY Calendars.
