Historical Note: The Bronx Community College Oral History Project consists of the grant proposal of the project, pre-interview questions, interview transcripts, photographs, and recorded interviews of Dominican immigrants who have moved to the New York area. The project focused on the immigrants’ educational and labor histories. It was donated to the Dominican Archives in an electronic file containing 22 interviews (11.2GB). The project was administered by professors Nelson Reynoso, Ph.D. and Sharon Utakis, Ph.D.
Scope and Content Note: The collection contains twenty-two students' interviews in non-visual digital cassette format conducted by the Bronx Community College.
