Concourse

The Foundation for City College is partnering with J.P. Morgan Chase to provide Concourse, a digital payment method for stipend and reimbursement payments to students. Concourse serves as a digital gateway providing those who have received a stipend or reimbursement with the ability to receive their payments electronically via bank account, debit card, or Zelle. This new process will eliminate much of the manual work involved in processing checks.

If you are receiving funds from FCC, you will receive an email with instructions on how to easily connect your bank account/Zelle to the Concourse platform, and funds will be deposited within one business day. And once your financial account has been connected (no international bank accounts) and saved to Concourse, you'll be alerted via email (with the option of text notifications) of any future stipends or reimbursements, and when those funds have been deposited in your selected account. Once you've received your first payment, you'll be able to use the below link to access Concourse.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I claim my payment?

You will receive an email from J.P. Morgan Chase ( donotreply@jpmorgan.com ) with the Subject: “You Have Received a Payment From The Foundation for City College.” The email will have the payment details with a link to register and accept payment. When you register you will need to use your CCNY @stu-mail email address. You will also need your mobile number for multi-factor authentication (MFA). You will only need to register the first time you receive a payment after which you will receive either an email or text to accept future payments.

Please note that it takes 30-60 days from when your finance administrator enters your stipend into our system for you to receive your Concourse email. Please check with them first about the ETA of your email before reaching out to finance@. You cannot create an account for Concourse without first receiving the email.

What should I do if I don’t receive my payment email or if I accidentally delete it?

Students who are anticipating a stipend should consider adding “ donotreply@jpmorgan.com ” as a trusted sender in their email account. If you accidentally deleted your email, send an email to foundationfinance@ccny.cuny.edu with the subject, “RESEND INVITATION” and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

What if my mobile number is wrong?

If your mobile number is wrong in the system, thus preventing you from registering, please send an email to Devin Wilson at foundationfinance@ccny.cuny.edu with the correct mobile number.

What should I do if I don’t receive a payment that I'm expecting?

Please send an email to foundationfinance@ccny.cuny.edu , cc’ing your program manager and/or the appropriate contact for your school or program.

What should I do if my payment is not the right amount?

Please send an email to foundationfinance@ccny.cuny.edu .

What is the timing of receiving payment?

Your payment will be sent to Concourse for processing once the request is submitted and approved by the academic department and reviewed and processed through Foundation Accounting. This could take between 6-8 weeks.

How long do I have to claim my payment?

All student payments will have an expiration date listed on the email. You must accept the payment before the expiration date. If the expiration date passes, your payment will be mailed to the address provided by you on your W-9 as a paper check.

Can I give my parent my Concourse password?

Please do not give anyone - parent, friend, romantic partner - any financial password. Once the funds have arrived on your Concourse dashboard, we are not responsible if someone - who you've given Concourse access to - deposits your funds in their own account.
