City College admits a small number of academically exceptional high school students upon the completion of their high school junior year. Students enter as matriculated students into the College's Honors program. Applicants generally are from the upper 10% of their high school class. Students are accepted on the basis of demonstrated academic achievement and an interview by a member of the Admissions Committee. Admission is based on academic achievement, and each applicant will be judged individually. For applications, contact the Admissions Office (Administration Building, Room 101, (212) 650-6444).
