Lightweight soft exoskeleton takes shape at CCNY

In a huge boost to his quest to offer mobility to people with lower limb disabilities, City College of New York mechanical engineer Hao Su is the recipient of a $1.3 million grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Jeffrey Morris, director of the Benjamin Levich Institute for Physico-Chemical Hydrodynamics at The City College of New York, is the recipient of the American Physical Society’s 2019 Stanley Corrsin Award. The prize recognizes a recent achievement of especially high impact and significance, a particular discovery, or an innovation in the field.
