The Advancing Black Pathways Program provides support for the Black community in pursuit of educational, career, business and personal financial success. For its fellowship program, the ABP Program provide students with hands-on experience, mentorship and a project-based curriculum to help develop professional development skills and establish a pathway to future opportunities. The Bank’s approximately 9,200 employees and more than 2 million customers are located across the United States, including in offices here in New York City. The firm is partnering with the Colin Powell School to provide support to prepare students for careers in banking and finance, and providing them with the tools needed to apply for analyst and internship experiences in their junior years.
