He has spearheaded the creation of an event-driven financial service-friendly live messaging system and the firm’s digital branding, marketing, and advertising analytics Datalake.

As a results-driven leader, Sheng has led and mentored talents across all levels, both technical and non-technical, nurturing high-performing teams that significantly contribute to successful engineering, digital, media, and banking projects.

Sheng is a passionate advocate for diversity, serving as co-head of the Goldman Sachs LGBT engineering network. He actively promotes the adoption of Educational AI across CUNY college campuses.
