What can you expect from the CPS Paralegal Studies Certificate Program:

  • Intensive curriculum that can be completed in five months

  • Curriculum designed to provide students with 'real world' assignments applicable to the paralegal profession

About the Instructor:

Professor Michael J. Pocchia, Esq. is a practicing attorney with over 20 years legal experience in both civil and criminal law. He is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey as well as before the United States Supreme Court. He has been teaching students how to be successful and competent paralegals for over 12 years. He has taught legal studies at the John Jay Col-lege of Criminal Justice, Borough of Manhattan Community College, The New York Paralegal School and Pace University.
