This course focuses on effective, basic, customer service skills to communicate with Spanish-speaking staff, customers, and co-workers. It is designed for beginners and those who have little working knowledge of Spanish.
Students will learn how to greet, ask and answer basic questions and express job-related requests or commands. Lessons will cover present, past and future tenses, distinctive language sounds, idiomatic expressions, and practical vocabulary. Lessons are driven by students’ workplace needs and experiences. Vocabulary will target all professions.
