Paper Accepted for 1st ACM Conference on Post-Quantum and Quantum-Based Security

Distinguished Professor Rosario Gennaro and PhD student Matthew Prest will present at the first ACM Conference on Post-Quantum and Quantum-Based Security scheduled for November 2026 in San Jose, CA.  Their accepted paper will address Multi-client Delegated Verifiable Blind Quantum Computing.

As quantum computing becomes closer to reality, it is well understood that its deployment will be as a service: many classical computing clients will interact with few "cloud-based" quantum servers. The accepted paper contributes to a growing body of literature that lays the theoretical foundation for the security of such "cloud-based" quantum computing, by providing a protocol for several clients to jointly compute over privately held input (e.g. federated learning) with the help of a quantum provider.
