Biography

Elisabeth Brunbauer brings over a decade of nonprofit development experience spanning the arts, higher education, workforce development, and human services, having held positions with League of American Orchestras, Fashion Institute of Technology, Barnard College, America Works, and Women in Need. Her expertise centers on proposal development, institutional giving, and donor communications, and as a freelance grant writer she specializes in partnering with small organizations and startups to shape their institutional giving strategies and develop their unique voice. Elisabeth is an active member of Women in Development New York, where she previously served as editor of the WID newsletter and currently sits on the Programs Committee. A graduate of SUNY Purchase and The Hartt School at the University of Hartford, she studied music performance.
