Dr. Hauck will be course director for the Practice of Medicine (POM) 3 course beginning fall, 2017. Dr. Hauck received her medical degree from Hahnemann University/Drexel School of Medicine in Philadelphia. She completed her Pediatrics Residency and fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care at New York Hospital –Cornell University Medical Center. She has had an accomplished career in pediatric critical care medicine and graduate medical education, including serving as Associate Program Director of the Pediatric Critical Care Fellowship Program at Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine/UMDNJ.  More recently, Dr. Hauck completed a Master’s degree program in Medical Education at University of Pennsylvania in 2016. Prior to joining our faculty, she was Clinical Assistant Professor at Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School, Department of Medical Education. Dr. Hauck is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and member of the AAP’s Pediatric Hospitalist Committee as well as a member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
