Once a semester, BIC opens its doors to curiosity seekers and invites them into the classroom to learn more about the MPS in Branding + Integrated Communications. Curious about topics such as Content Concepting, Brand Strategy, Multimedia Activations, Relationship Building, or Integrated Media Planning? Pick a class, pull up a chair, and be a BICster for a night!

CHOOSE FROM THE FOLLOWING COURSES on Tuesday, Nov 7th:

B2001 Strategy & Measurement (Foundational course required for all tracks) S104

In this course, students acquire the strategic skill-sets needed to build modern brands: to build brand-builders. They are exposed to key concepts and gain hands-on experience in the four dimensions of brand marketing: research, identity, campaign development and measurement. Taught by BIC Professor Benny Thomas, Global Planning Lead, Creative & Experiential at Meta.

B3011 Multimedia (Required Course for Creative Track) S409

In this advanced studio course, students learn how to effectively translate a communications strategy into a big idea that can be expressed consistently across different channels, while maximizing the strengths of each specific medium. The emphasis is on identifying business problems and understanding how to develop creative solutions that add to a brand’s value. Taught by BIC Professor Ricard Valero, Independent Creative Director and Brand Consultant.

B3001 Relationship Building: The Business of Brands (Required course for Management/Brand Strategy track) S103

The course is designed to enhance students' ability to be successful in a marketing environment by understanding the businessof brands from the client side while creating and managing high quality professional relationships and marketing plans. Taught by BIC Professor Hernando Ruiz-Jimenez, General Manager and CMO, UN(THINK) Foods.
