The Commencement Guidebook serves as the central planning and reference document for The City College of New York’s annual Commencement Exercises. It is intended for use by the Commencement Planning Committee as well as by academic, administrative, and operational stakeholders across the campus who contribute to the planning, coordination, and delivery of Commencement-related activities.
